Butterflies

We ordered Dale some caterpillars and he took such good care of them. They crawled around, formed cocoons and then started turning into butterflies. The box said 3-5 might live but all of them did so we had 9 beautiful butterflies to watch. We actually saw a couple squirm out of the cocoon. Dale loved it. We kept them in the cage for a couple of days and then let them all go in the backyard. It was really fun to watch them change and explain to Dale what was going on.
