Quick update

Dale went for a follow up on Tuesday. The dr said he looked good and it would just take some time to heal. We had to change up his meds a little once they got more information back from the cultures they took. The new medicine tastes much better and doesn't require us to wake him up in the middle of the night!! YEA!!
On Tuesday night, he was in bed with us and woke me up saying "My owie is in your bed" over and over. I finally woke up enough to realize what he was saying and reached up to feel wet stuff on his head. The scab had come off and the wound was oozing stuff. So much fun at 3:30 am :)
Because of this, we are keeping him out of school all week. Grammy came to keep him on Wed and he is spending today with Aunt Kristen.

Other news is we went for a follow up with the ENT dr on Tuesday since his tubes fell out a few months ago. He had a hearing test which the dr explained to me he would give a grade of D on and his ears were full of fluid. No infection yet, but still not good. They have scheduled him to have his adenoids removed and new tubes put in in a couple of weeks. At least this will just be an outpatient procedure.

We had an appt with the ob this week. Baby Long is growing(maybe a little ahead of schedule), has a strong heartbeat and is still very active. She does not want to have her picture taken though. We got a fuzzy profile pic in 3d and another confirmation that it's a girl.

We hope to get rooms painted and ready to set up this weekend. Hopefully I'll have new pictures soon!
