Wednesday nite we ventured to Pryor for dinner with my mom's family. It's always great to see everyone because this event is the only time we see some of them each year. The kids grow so much from year to year. Our plan was to have family over on Thurs but mother nature was determined to change those plans. In order to make it back to Pryor on Friday for Christmas with my family, I decided I had to give up my Christmas morning at home and head to my mom's early. My brother and his family are staying there so it was a crowded and busy house, but we still had a great time. We opened presents Christmas eve, woke up early to have Santa presents and had a wonderful meal and family time at my grandma's.

We were supposed to leave after that for New Mexico. We were all packed and ready but the weather just wasn't going to let that happen. We didn't even get to head home until the next day and the trip that would normally take us 45 min took almost 2 hours. We were sad that we didn't get to go to NM and visit. Hopefully we can try again soon.
It was nice being at my mom's and having someone be excited to get up in the middle of the night and help with the kids!! Dale got a new scooter and was able to go to town and ride it around in a big open space...thanks pops!! We had a little bit of snow play time but it was so cold it didn't last long. Bobby and I had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed all the family time over the past week!

Every other year we are all at my grandma's for Christmas. Cody was joining us online this year from Germany so this is our 2009 Grandkids picture!
