We loaded up and made the trek to Morrillton recently to spend the day with Granny Flo and Grandpa Bob. It was a fun, but hot day. Keeping Dale inside was quite the challenge. The heat doesn't phase him at all. He absolutely LOVES going to "Granny Flo's woods". Flo and Sara took him on an adventure walk to the store and Daddy took another walk to check the mail and throw rocks. He found multiple lizards and spent most of his day like the picture below shows. He went from one side of the ramp to the other "lizard hunting". When it was time to leave he asked me if we could just come back and get him tomorrow!
Grandpa Bob was feeling pretty good the day we were there. He spent alot of time up in the chair and even went out on the porch a couple of times. Clara would go over and pull up on his chair and hold his hand. It was hard to get good pictures because kids move so fast!
Once when Bob was coming out of the hallway, him & Flo did a little dance. What a sweet moment! I remember them dancing like this at our wedding!
Clara had fun with her Granny Flo all day! She had yummy spaghetti O's for the first time and even tried a sweet red bell pepper! I think Flo would have kept her had I let her!
