Afternoon fishing

We met our friends at the neighborhood pond one evening for a little family fishing fun. Dale was so excited to hang out with the girls and fish. Even though they did fish some, I think him and Kayley had more fun roaming around catching random things in the big net.

There are TONS of tiny fish in this pond. They attack the hook the minute it hits the water and got the bait more often than they got caught.

Clara wanted to hold and play with the fish. She tried to stick her finger in their mouth and was not happy when we had to throw them back. The child isn't afraid of anything. She was not happy that I wouldn't let her near the water.

It was VERY hot but we had a good time!
